EXCHANGE POLICY
Amara Hills Jewelry offers a 14-day exchange or store credit policy.
We do not accept items that have been worn, damaged, or scratched.
How to complete and exchange or store credit:
- Please email info@amarahillsjewelry.com within 14 days of receiving your parcel and include your order number and a picture of the item if it has arrived damaged.
- Please state the reason for exchange and whether you would like an exchange or store credit.
- Please send item back with original packaging to:
